Mixed Classes:Dive deeper into Muay Thai excellence in our Mixed Classes, following the traditional Thai class format covering the Kru Muay Thai Association curriculum (KMA). Here, you'll delve into the intricacies of Master Techniques Mae Mai and Look Mai. Each class spans an invigorating 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Graded Excellence:Led by our head instructor, a distinguished Khan 11 Kru, recognised and graded by Grand Master Woody, we adhere to the world-regulated structure of the Kru Muay Thai Association. Whether you're a beginner in our Foundation Class or a seasoned practitioner, we're here to guide you through the Khan progression.

At our facility, we understand the importance of self-care and recovery. That's why we offer Yoga classes and have an ice bath and infra-red sauna . The ice bath can help speed up recovery by reducing inflammation, muscle soreness and dopamine hit, while the sauna effects, promoting relaxation and aiding in recovery.
At Morris Park we also have toilet and shower facilities.
As a seasoned Muay Thai practitioner, I have come to realise that the benefits of this martial art extend far beyond the physical realm. While the training has undoubtedly helped me develop strength, agility, and coordination, it has also been an instrumental tool in improving my mental health.
Like many people, I have experienced mental health challenges throughout my life. However, the discipline and structure of Muay Thai training have provided me with a sense of purpose and focus, helping me to manage my mental health and find balance.

As a member of the Kru Muay Thai Association and the World Muay Boran Federation, I have had the privilege of learning from some of the best practitioners in the world.
