Would need more stars to give a deserved rating for KOP.

Entered into their beginners classes in September 2025 with no experience in martial arts and it has been a game changer training twice per week here since!

Kru Pete and coach Nathan have built an excellent and welcoming environment for so many people. It is a place of ongoing and consistent support.. I cannot compliment these guys or anyone in the classes themselves enough.

My son has been attending Tiger Junior classes for 3 months now and he loves it. He has made so much progress in such a short time and he looks forward to going back every week.

Started Muay Thai at KOP’s women’s only class and have really enjoyed it. Classes are good fun and great for building confidence as a beginner whilst continually pushing you to improve on new skills and techniques each week. Coaches Pete and Nathan bring a positive energy to every class and everyone is so friendly.

I train at Keep on Pushing Muay Thai gym. I feel welcome every time I walk in.

The coaches know their stuff. Real experience. Clear instruction. They push hard and pay attention. I trust them.

The beginners course works to learn the foundations. Solid basics. Steady pace.

Good value. Proper training. I keep turning up!

I started training at KOP a couple of months ago. I was really nervous to start because my fitness wasn’t great, but I'm so glad I just went for it .

Pete and Nathan are great at meeting you where you’re at, no matter your fitness level. They take the time to properly go through technique, explain things clearly, and make the classes feel challenging but still fun. I’ve already noticed such a big difference in my fitness and confidence, which I wasn’t expecting so early on.

The women’s only class is also such a lovely space. Everyone is really kind, supportive, and encouraging, which helps make it so much less daunting!

Overall, KOP is just a really welcoming, supportive gym with great coaching and a great atmosphere. If you’re nervous about starting or telling yourself you need to be “fit enough” first, I’d 100% recommend just giving it a go :).

I started training at KOP in January after wanting to try muay thai for a while and have to say it's one of the best things I've ever done!

I signed up for the foundation course which I was nervous about but as soon as I walked in the gym my mind was at ease with the friendly coaches and other members of the gym. During these classes you learn all the basics of muay thai whilst having fun. I now go a few times as week to the mixed level classes.

Kru Pete, coach Nathan and other volunteers make the classes so enjoyable, their passion for the sport really shows during the classes and you learn so much from their experience and expertise in muay Thai. They take time to help you understand the proper muay thai techniques, answer your questions and ease any anxieties you may have to allow you to get the best out of your training. The gym itself is clean, well equipped and has the bonus of an ice bath and sauna to help with rest and recovery.

The classes have massively improved my physical and mental health by starting something new and gaining confidence with this new skill. I would recommend joining for anyone whos ever wanted to try muay thai or start something new as you won't regret it. Not only will you improve your health in so many ways, you will also become part of an amazing community. 💪

I started Muay Thai at Keep on Pushing a little over a year ago, and fell in love with it. A big reason for this is down to the expertise and experience of the teachers and volunteers at the gym. Kru Pete is clearly passionate about the sport and cares about his students and their progress.

The gym is clean, welcoming and inclusive, and has a real community feel about it.

The classes are well structured, and while the workout can be tough at times, it’s always fun, and always aims to improve technique and performance.

The progress I’ve made in the last year in the sport itself, as well as my mental and physical health, has been amazing. 10/10 would recommend 🙌🏼

Amazing Gym that made me feel welcome as soon as I stepped in. I signed up for the foundation course and I can honestly say each class was the best part of my day! Kru Pete and Coach Nathan are both very knowledgeable and concise. They will push your limits whilst also keeping things fun and enjoyable! The more experienced students were also very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone interested in Muay Thai, regardless of skill level.
I hope to be back soon! 💪

Excellent Muay Thai gym. It upholds a high cleanliness standard, the classes are very engaging and the right amount of challening. Feels like a safe space for women, which I can't say about all gyms, especially other martial arts gyms. The sauna and ice bath are a treat after training and there is also yoga classes available, which makes up for a well - rounded experiance. 10/10

I had always wanted to try Muay Thai but was unsure as to where to go for training. My mate suggested that I get in touch with Pete at KOP, so I did just that. Pete replied back within an hour and answered all of my questions. The next morning I booked in for my first class (Foundation) and it went brilliantly! I was greeted by name and immediately felt welcomed by everyone there.

The gym is vibrant and clean - there is also a sauna and ice bath for those that want it. Kru Pete is such a kind and patient instructor who always works with you and supports you no matter what level you’re at. I started out as a complete novice going twice a week and now, nearly two months in my mental and physical health have greatly improved. I now attend class three times a week and have noticed a huge improvement in my skill set and cardio.

KOP and Pete have really changed my life and I’m so grateful for that. My fellow classmates have become pals and it’s lovely being a part of the KOP community.

Pete is a fantastic teacher! The atmosphere of Keep on Pushing is super supportive and is the perfect place to learn Muay Thai whether you’re a novice or more experienced. The group sessions are great fun and hard work. You’ll feel progress session to session thanks to Pete’s attentive teaching, focus on technique, and ability to help you get the most out of your training. Super inclusive vibe that makes everyone feel welcome and great for anyone feeling a bit intimidated to start (like I did)! Cannot recommend highly enough.
